Colombia Jairo Arcila Rose Process
Summary
Produced by Jairo Arcila at Finca Santa Mónica in Quindío, Colombia. This Pink Bourbon variety was grown at 1500 MASL. The coffee underwent a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation with dried rose petals (inoculated process), followed by depulping and drying as a white honey process on raised beds. The result is a perfumed, tea-like cup with exceptional clarity and brightness. Flavour notes include rose, grapefruit, honey, and mango. Suitable for both filter and espresso preparation. Cupping score: 88.
