Summary
Colombia Inmaculada Eugenioides is a single-origin coffee from Inmaculada Coffee Farms (Holguin family) in Valle del Cauca, Colombia. Grown at 1800 MASL, this coffee features the rare Eugenioides variety, considered one of the parent species of modern Arabica coffee. Processed using natural method with raised-bed drying and an 8-day carbonic maceration fermentation. Flavour profile includes confectioners sugar, toasted marshmallow, grilled pineapple, and cola. Naturally extremely low in caffeine (less than 25mg per 12oz cup) with intense sweetness and almost no bitterness. Achieved a cup score of 90. Used by Andrea Allen to win the 2021 U.S. Barista Championship and 2021 World Barista Championship.
