Colombia Hachi Project Gesha is a single-origin coffee from producer Diego Bermudez in Colombia, grown at 1960 MASL. The coffee is of the Gesha variety and processed using the Dry Washed method: depulped, fermented dry for twenty-four hours, channel washed, then dried on raised beds for approximately fifteen days. It offers a flavor profile of jasmine, honeydew melon, white tea, and blueberry. Roasted to an expressive dark level (Agtron #97.1) and suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. Cup score of 87.5.
