Harvested in the morning, the lot underwent a controlled 74-hour submerged carbonic maceration (anaerobic natural process) followed by slow drying on raised beds for 18 days plus a 5-day anaerobic stall. The cup profile shows cherry, milk chocolate, watermelon, and caramel. Roasted to a moderate level, designed for both filter and espresso.
