Summary
Colombia El Paraiso Letty Gesha is a single-origin coffee from renowned producer Diego Bermudez in Colombia. This Gesha variety undergoes a signature Thermal-Shock process involving a mixed oxidation four-day fermentation with multiple stages, including a 60-hour tank fermentation and additional pressurized sealed tank fermentation with inoculates, followed by rapid temperature changes. The coffee is dried on raised beds for approximately 16 days. Grown at 1960 MASL elevation. Roasted ultra light (Agtron #132) suitable for both filter and espresso extraction. Flavor profile features ripe peach, mango, red grape, and tropical fruit with floral, citrus-driven character. Awarded a cupping score of 88.
