His farm La Aragona, a three-hectare varietal project at 1,850 meters above sea level, produces this Pink Bourbon. The volcanic soils and high elevation contribute to exceptional clarity and complexity. The coffee is washed, raised-bed dried, and lightly roasted, offering notes of red apple, black tea, pear, and toasted coconut.
