A community lot from the Inga producers of Aponte village in Nariño, Colombia, grown at 2100 MASL. The coffee is processed as a red honey, where the coffee undergoes partial drying prior to depulping to intensify fruit esters, then dried on raised beds. The cup profile features rich sweetness with vivid red fruit notes and caramelized sugars. Flavour notes include Rainier cherry, butterscotch, green apple, and papaya. Cupping score of 87. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
