Produced by Carolina Chalapud Daza and Guillermo Torres Daza, it undergoes a dry washed process involving 24-hour dry fermentation, channel washing, and slow raised-bed drying for approximately fifteen days. The roast level is moderate (Agtron #125.5). Tasting notes include bubblegum, tangerine, orange blossom, and vanilla. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods. Cupping score: 87.5.
