The coffee undergoes 36 hours of limited oxygen fermentation followed by approximately 20 days of patio drying on raised beds. The cup profile is fruit-forward with notes of cherry, dark chocolate, and citrus. Suitable for both filter and espresso preparation. Cupping score of 86.75.
