This lot comes from the Soil Project, an initiative where ONIBUS works with smallholder farmers in Rwanda to improve soil health using organic compost made from coffee pulp, fallen leaves, and rice bran. Grown in Gakenke, Northern Province, Rwanda, at 1,800–2,100 meters, this Bourbon variety coffee is fully washed. It offers citrus-like fruitiness, gentle cacao richness, and natural sweetness of sugarcane, with a smooth, rounded mouthfeel and a clean, pleasant finish.
