A single-origin coffee from Pedro Erazo's El Milagrito farm in El Cedral, Santa Bárbara, Honduras. Grown at 1,500-1,600 masl, the Pacas variety is washed processed with selective harvesting, dry fermentation, and drying on raised African beds. The cup is bursting with fresh and sweet flavours of orange and honey, balanced with a botanical note on the finish. Roasted as espresso.
