Summary
Peru Mestiza is a single-origin coffee from the Callayuc region of Peru, produced by a group of female farmers organized under Cooperativa Agraria Aromas del Valle. The coffee is washed processed and features Caturra, Typica, Bourbon, and Pache varieties, grown at an altitude of 1600-2350 meters. The cup profile offers notes of plum, baked apple, milk chocolate with a light citrus acidity, resulting in a balanced, harmonious and highly drinkable coffee with a smooth body.
