Summary
Peru Mestiza is a washed processed coffee from the Callayuc region of Peru, produced by the Mestiza Mujeres group of female producers, organized within the Cooperativa Agraria Aromas del Valle cooperative. It is grown at an altitude of 1600–2350 meters above sea level and consists of Caturra, Typica, Bourbon, and Pache varieties. The cup profile features notes of plum, baked apple, and milk chocolate with a light citrus acidity and a smooth body. It is recommended for espresso preparation.
