A washed coffee from the Mathare-ini washing station in Murang'a county, Kenya, part of the Thanga-ini Farmers Cooperative Society. Grown by over 900 small producers at 1600-1800m elevation on volcanic soils in the Aberdare mountains. Varieties include SL28, SL34, Batian and Ruiru 11. The coffee presents a vibrant and exotic profile with notes of yuzu, yellow kiwi, dried apricots, pink melon, mandarin and papaya, featuring juicy acidity, creamy body and a long, pleasant aftertaste.
