Summary

good morning Lowcaf is a low-caffeine organic blend of 100% Arabica from Brazil (Dutra, natural), Ethiopia (Beshasha, washed) and Mexico (Las Hortensias, CO₂-decaf). It combines creamy sweetness and warm body from the Brazilian component, floral freshness and clarity from the Ethiopian component, and a clean, mildly sweet aromatic base from the Mexican decaf component. The result is a soft, balanced coffee with floral notes, gentle fruitiness and a smooth finish, suitable for moka pot, filter and fully automatic machines. Developed in collaboration with Szary (Modeselektor/Moderat).
