Summary
Ireme is a natural anaerobic processed coffee from Rwanda, produced by Gasharu CWS and Valentin Kimenyi. Grown at 1600-2100 meters above sea level in the Macuba region of Nyamasheke, this Red Bourbon variety offers intense berry aromas of blueberries and raspberries, followed by the sweetness of candied oranges reminiscent of homemade marmalade. Its sparkling acidity harmonizes with subtle rum notes and finishes with a hint of coconut praline.
