Summary
Decaf Elixir is a decaffeinated specialty coffee from Nicaragua, produced by Gold Mountain Coffee Growers. The coffee is grown in the Jinotega region at 1300-1600 masl. Varieties include Catuai, Caturra, Caturra Estrella, Java, Pacamara, Pacas, Maracaturra and Bourbon. Processed using natural fermentation, carbonic maceration, and Swiss Water decaffeination. Tasting notes of red apple, cane sugar, and golden kiwi with a creamy mouthfeel. Suitable for both filter and espresso.
