Based across Switzerland with six locations, they started sourcing and roasting their own coffee in 2020. They split their offering into daily coffees—available as espresso or filter roast for home or cafes—and competition-grade lots selected by Emi, the 2018 World Brewers Cup Champion, and Mathieu, a World Barista Finalist.
