Summary
A washed Kenyan coffee from the Murang'a County, Central Region, produced by 1,332 smallholder farmers delivering to Kanjathi Factory of the Kangiri Farmers' Cooperative Society. Varieties include Batian, Ruiru 11, SL28, and SL34. Grown at 1,600–1,750m altitude and fully washed with fermentation in concrete tanks for 12–24 hours, then dried on raised beds. Flavour profile features red fruit and raspberry upfront, jasmin floral notes, and a clean bright acidity of grapefruit and orange with a light, tea-like body. Best suited for filter brewing.
