The farm grows Yellow Bourbon variety, which is allowed to ripen slowly with the skin on to develop a sweet, full-bodied character. Processed with shell contact. Tasting notes include honey, chocolate, and nuts. The farm was named Brazil's finest plantation in 2005 with a score of 95.85 at the Cup of Excellence.
