Gramo de oro is a decaffeinated specialty coffee from Peru, produced by partner farmers and cooperatives. It is an Arabica Caturra variety grown at 1,000 meters altitude and processed using the washed method (lavée), dried in guardiola. The coffee is decaffeinated via the Swiss Water Process (osmosis inverse). It offers a spicy aromatic profile with tasting notes of milk chocolate, cardamom, and vanilla. It has a light body and delicate aromatic richness. Certified organic (AB). Recommended for espresso preparation.
