Chakra do Dago is a specialty coffee from Peru, produced by the Marin family at the Chakra do Dago farm in the Oxapampa region at 1600m altitude. The coffee is biodynamically farmed (Demeter certified) and features Typica, Catimor, Caturra, and Bourbon varieties. Processing is washed in an ovoid tank, with drying on Guardiola and patio. Flavour notes include cocoa, hazelnut, and pecan, with a nutty, delicate profile. Recommended for espresso.
