Summary
A decaffeinated single-origin coffee from the Cauca region of Colombia, produced by Racafé under the CRECER quality charter. Grown at 1,600–1,950 meters altitude, this Arabica coffee undergoes a washed process and is decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane method (ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane). The cup profile offers sweetness and roundness with notes of molasses, honey, vanilla, creamy, biscuit, and lime. The coffee is transported by sail cargo (FCCO by Sail) to reduce carbon emissions. SCA score: 84.25.
