Blend Italien
Summary
Blend Italien is a coffee blend of 70% Arabica from India's Karnataka and Tamil Nadu regions and 30% Robusta from Uganda. The Arabica varieties include Kent, Cauvery, SLN-795 and SLN-9, washed after a controlled fermentation; the Robusta is traditionally grown and naturally processed. Grown at 1000-1800 m (Arabica) and 900-1200 m (Robusta), it offers tasting notes of dark chocolate, caramel, sweet spices and roasted almond with a long, persistent finish. Roasted for espresso and recommended for espresso and moka pots.
