Koffy is a specialty coffee roaster based in Jonesborough, Newry (Northern Ireland), run by two of Ireland's most experienced roasters. They don't sweat the small stuff—"Expresso or Espresso? Their lineup spans single origins like Brazilian Yellow Catuai and El Salvador Bourbon, plus solid blends like their House Blend Espresso and Milano. They run their own roastery outlet and coffee shop, and they supply cafes too. Sustainability isn't an afterthought: compostable cups, recyclable packaging, one of the country's lowest-emission roasters. All coffee is ethically sourced and fair trade.
