Summary
A specialty coffee from Nicaragua's Jinotega region, produced by the López family with over a century of coffee-growing tradition. Grown at 1350-1500m on the slopes of Cerro Chimborazo, the farm cultivates Caturra, Yellow & Red Catuai, Java, and Pacamara varieties. The coffee undergoes 72-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks, followed by washing and 14 days of drying on raised beds. Flavour profile features apple, peach, and jasmine notes. Suitable for both espresso and filter preparation.
