Koffein Roasters is a specialty coffee curator based in Hungary, sourcing exceptional beans from hand-picked Hungarian and Italian small-batch roasters. They span the roast spectrum — from light and fruity single origins (Ethiopian with blueberry notes, Nicaraguan with jasmine) to darker, chocolate-forward blends. Expect clean flavor notes and solid transparency on origin. They release new coffees regularly, with a monthly featured brew, and sell in 250g and 1kg bags. No cafe — this is a webshop operation, though they run a magazine for coffee geeks and plant a tree for every 10kg of coffee sold. Straightforward, quality-focused, and doing right by the planet.
