Summary

A single-origin organic decaffeinated coffee from Peru, sourced from smallholder farmers across the Chanchamayo, Villa Rica, Pichanaki, and Satipo high-altitude growing regions. Grown between 1,200 and 2,400 meters above sea level. The coffee is washed and then decaffeinated using the chemical-free Mountain Water Process, which uses pure water from the glaciers of Pico de Orizaba in Mexico. Processed by Negrisa, a family-run business with over 15 years of experience in Peruvian coffee production and export. The coffee is certified organic and carbon negative, roasted at London's first carbon negative coffee roastery.
