Summary
A specialty coffee from Finca Monteblanco in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, produced by third-generation coffee grower Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia. The Caturra variety (Purple Caturra) is processed using a natural co-fermentation with coconut, cholupa fruit, and a blend of yeasts and bacteria, followed by 8 days of sealed fermentation and 180 hours with the cherries, then washed and dried on parabolic beds for 25-30 days. Tasting notes include coconut, pineapple, mango, and floral flavours.
