This organic coffee from Guatemala comes from the San Pedro Necta area in Huehuetenango, grown at 1400–2000 m altitude. The varieties include Red Bourbon, Red Catuai, and Red Caturra. It is washed processed. The cup profile offers dark chocolate, Linzer torte, apricot, cocoa, almond, and pecan notes, with a pastry-like mouthfeel and good sweetness. The coffee is organic certified and was transported to Europe by sailboat to reduce CO2 emissions.
