Summary

Perduras is a single origin filter coffee from Johan & Nyström's House series, with rotating origins between Incahuasi cooperative in Cusco, Peru (spring) and Comicovel cooperative in Opalaca, Honduras (winter). Both cooperatives are certified organic and Fairtrade. The coffee features varieties including Caturra, Pacas, Typica, and Bourbon, processed using the washed method. It offers flavour notes of sweet caramel, nougat, and crisp red apples with a medium-dark roast profile.
