The Waverly Espresso is Joe Coffee Company's signature espresso blend, named after their first cafe in New York City. It combines a coffee from Mexico (Muguira family, Laguna del Carmen farm in Tapachula, Chiapas) and a coffee from Brazil (Veloso family, Cerrado, Minas Gerais). The blend is designed for balance of body and sweetness with lively fruit notes, suitable as a straight shot or with milk. Tasting notes include fig, dark chocolate, and orange. Processed washed, grown at 1066-2350 MASL.
