Summary

Rwanda Gitoki is a specialty coffee from the Eastern Province, Gatsibo District in Rwanda, produced at the Gitoki washing station in collaboration with over 1,100 local farmers. Grown at 1500-1800 meters above sea level, this 100% Arabica consists of the Red Bourbon variety. The coffee undergoes a Fully Washed process, resulting in a clean and elegant profile with citrus freshness, grapefruit juiciness, dried apricot sweetness, and a soft nougat finish. It performs well both as espresso, offering creaminess and sweetness, and as filter coffee, showing more clarity and lightness.
