Mexico Nahua
Summary
Mexico Nahua is a single-origin specialty coffee from the Puebla region, produced by La Laja in collaboration with smallholder farmers including Finca Husmaya, Finca La Puebla, and La Nueva. Grown at 1200–1500 meters above sea level, the coffee undergoes a Honey Process. Its flavor profile features grapefruit, dessert chocolate, and cranberry, balancing fruity acidity with sweetness. Roasted as an omniroast, it performs well in both filter and espresso brewing methods. La Laja holds Rainforest Alliance, UTZ, and 4C certifications and runs social programs supporting local farming communities.
