Winter Hoard 2025 is an omniroast blend from James Gourmet Coffee, combining two single-farm coffees: Niguse Jilo (Ethiopia) and Alejo Castro's Volcan Azul Villa Sarchi Natural (Costa Rica). It is a light roast suitable for both filter and espresso. Flavour notes include ripe tropical fruit, soft citrus, honey sweetness, and red and purple fruits, with a light body and ripe-boozy acidity.
