Hermanos Córdova
Summary
This coffee from Finca Corahe in Mexico is produced by the Cordova Arroyo brothers, third-generation coffee growers. After a 15-year hiatus during the 1990s crisis when they focused on selling cherries, the family returned to specialty coffee production, now producing around one ton of high-quality Arabica annually across multiple varieties and processing methods. This anaerobic processed coffee offers notes of muscat grapes, quince, gingerbread spices, and fruit punch, with a thick and sweet profile.
