Summary

A single origin coffee from Rwanda sourced primarily from the Liza washing station (owned by Jean Paul) and occasionally from the Bwishaza washing station. Made from Red Bourbon variety and processed using the washed method: floated, pulped, dry-fermented for 12 hours, then washed and dried on raised tables. Offers tasting notes of orange, cranberry, and caramel with a light roast. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. 15p from every bag is donated to Project Waterfall.
