El Bosque
Summary
El Bosque is a single-origin coffee from Peru, produced by Eli Espinoza in the Cajamarca highlands. The farm grows Caturra, Bourbon, Java, and Geisha varieties. The coffee undergoes a 48-hour fermented natural process: cherries are picked ripe, washed, floated, then fermented whole in tiled tanks for 48 hours before being sun-dried and finished on raised beds in a parabolic dryer over 30 days. Tasting notes include blueberry, dates, and cacao nibs. Roasted light and suitable for all brew methods.
