Rwanda - Liza Thin Natural
Summary
A single origin coffee from Rwanda, processed at the Liza washing station owned by Jean Paul near Kamembe in South West Rwanda. The coffee is Red Bourbon variety, grown at 1600+ meters altitude, and processed using a thin layer natural method where coffee cherry is dried on raised tables in thin layers to produce a clean natural with minimal fermentation. Tasting notes include orange, raisin, caramel and berries, resulting in a well-balanced and clean coffee with fruity characteristics.
