Costa Rica - Don Eli White Honey
Summary
A single origin coffee from Costa Rica, produced by Carlos Montero at the Don Eli micro mill in the Tarrazu region. Grown at 1900-2000 metres above sea level. The coffee is of the Red Catuai variety and processed using the white honey method, where most of the fruit pulp is removed before drying on raised African-style beds. This results in a clean coffee with subtle fruit notes and low fermentation. Tasting notes include red apple, caramel, and milk chocolate. Suitable for all brew methods including filter and espresso.
