Single-origin specialty coffee from Mexico's Sierra de Chiapas region (Bella Vista). Produced by the Bella Vista women's producer community of over 200 female farmers led by Rosalba Cifuentes, part of the Cafe de Mujeres initiative. Typica, Bourbon and Caturra varieties grown at 1650 m, washed process, medium roast. SCA score 86.5. Flavour notes of milk chocolate, honey, caramel and ripe fruits.
