Summary

Blooming Beans Nicaragua is a limited edition specialty coffee from the Los Granadillos farm in San Fernando, Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, produced by Jose Ivan Agurcia Martinez. Grown at 1300-1450 meters altitude, this coffee is 100% Parainema variety. The beans undergo a Natural Anaerobic processing method with 72-360 hours of anaerobic fermentation in closed barrels followed by 20 days of drying on African beds. The light roast offers a filter profile with flavour notes of fresh honeysuckle, jasmine, juicy citrus, silky body, light cocoa, and a vibrant finish.
