Summary
A 100% Arabica honey-processed coffee from Costa Rica, grown by the Cooperative Tarrazú RL in San Marcos de Tarrazú at 1100-1800 m. The cooperative was founded in 1960 by 228 small coffee farmers and is now one of Costa Rica's most renowned coffee exporters. Medium-strong body with fine acidity and tasting notes of sugarcane and plum. Naturally sweet and fruitily elegant.
