Summary
Single-origin coffee from the Sul de Minas region of Brazil, produced by the Vieira family at Fazenda Lagoa, where they have farmed coffee for over 100 years. Grown at 900–1100 m, this pulped natural processed coffee of Mundo Novo, Catuai, Icatú, and Bourbon varieties offers a naturally mild aroma, sweetness, and a chocolate-caramel finish with notes of milk chocolate and caramel.
