Ethiopia Habtamu Goro

Summary

A washed Ethiopian single origin from producer Aaga Dinsa's Habtamu Fekadu Aga operation in Kuri Kebele, Kellem Wollega Zone, Oromia, grown at 2,010-2,250 MASL. The coffee uses JARC selections 74110 and 74112, with 74110 tracing to a 1974 mother tree from Bishari village. Mechanically pulped and mucilage-reduced, it undergoes a 48-72 hour washed fermentation with a second fermentation after washing, then slow-dries 10-12 days on raised beds. The cup is clean and expressive with notes of peach jam, jasmine and lemon candy.
