Summary
Rwiri Yagikawa is a natural-processed coffee from the Rwiri washing station near Matongo in northern Burundi, produced by the Yagikawa Cooperative. Founded in 2006, the cooperative is one of the oldest in Burundi and collects coffee from 12 hills, processing the crop of 2,339 smallholders. Grown at 1,800 masl, this espresso is clean, juicy and sweet with tasting notes of pink grapefruit, strawberry and juicy fruit.
