Full Circle Coffee Roastery is a Ghent, Belgium specialty coffee roaster with two cafes (Zuid and Astrid) where they serve their in-house roasted single origins. They were one of Belgium's first 100% plant-based specialty coffee bars — think Oatly flat whites and vegan donuts alongside serious coffee. Current lineup includes Colombia Excelso, Burundi Gakenke, and Costa Rica Las Lajas. They'll grind your beans to order for whatever brew method you throw at them, mokapot to V60. The vibe is family-first: a safe space for everyone, regulars get a spot on the wall, and yes, your dog's welcome too.
