Summary
A seasonal single origin from the Chelbesa washing station in Gedeb, Ethiopia, managed by Ephtah, a women-owned and operated exporter. Made up of Ethiopian Heirloom Arabica varieties, the coffee undergoes a honey process with extended dry fermentation: ripe cherries are floated, pulped and placed in sealed tanks for fermentation without added water, with some mucilage retained before sun-drying for 10–15 days. The cup is fruit-forward with dark chocolate, raspberry and cherry, balanced by chocolate-led sweetness. Roasted light–medium and recommended for filter, pour over, AeroPress and black coffee.
