Highside is Fuel & Fable's signature house blend, combining Arabica beans from Brazil and Ethiopia. It features Bourbon and Caturra varieties processed using a mix of washed and natural methods. Roasted to a medium level, it offers flavours of dark chocolate, hazelnut, nougat, rum & raisin, and soft red berries with a smooth creamy mouthfeel. Designed as an all-rounder suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
