It is a classic, fruit-forward, wild Ethiopian cup with big strawberry notes, clean peach sweetness and a characteristic earl grey tea note. Versatile across brew methods: as filter it is tea-like, and brewed stronger it gives a big body with a syrupy, silky mouthfeel. In espresso the acidity is tangy like limes without dominating, with plenty of strawberry and peach and a hint of craft chocolate; with milk it turns into hot strawberry milkshake territory.
